Finding the right support

After a miscarriage, many people struggle to find a mental health professional who truly understands the depth of their grief.

Research shows that the emotional impact of pregnancy loss is often underestimated — even in clinical settings — and not every therapist has training in reproductive grief or trauma.

This can leave people feeling dismissed or alone at a time when they most need care.

We created this list to make the search a little easier. These local and regional mental health professionals have experience supporting clients through miscarriage.
